Orders over $1000 will require a receipt signature

Standard shipping via UPS is available for a flat fee of $40 for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories

You will receive an email order confirmation right away. If you do not receive this email within 1 business day please check your spam folder.  If it is not in your spam folder please contact us at help@formerlyyan.com.  A follow up email with tracking information will be sent to your inbox once the order is processed and shipped.

Orders received before 1pm will be processed and shipped within 2 business days.  Orders received after 1pm will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. For example, if an order is placed at 10am on a Tuesday, the order will be shipped out no later than end of day Thursday. If an order is placed at 5pm on a Friday, the order will be shipped out no later than end of day the following Wednesday. We will make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.

If you change your mind regarding the contents of your order please contact us as soon as possible. If the order was already processed and shipped then we will not be able to cancel or make any order adjustments.
